Crucial Workspace Requirements
For us to tint your vehicle or machinery safely and effectively, your location must provide the following four elements:

Enclosed or Sheltered Workspace
Why is this required?
Outdoor wind carries micro-dust, pollen, and debris that easily get trapped under the film, ruining the finish.

A Solid, Level Surface
The vehicle must be parked on a completely flat, solid concrete or asphalt surface.
Prohibited Surfaces
We cannot perform installations on grass, gravel, dirt, or heavily sloped driveways.

Ample Clearance Space
We require a minimum clearance area of 5 metres by 5 metres around the vehicle.
Door Clearance Requirement
Our technicians must be able to open all vehicle doors wide simultaneously to access and prep the glass properly.

Reliable Power Access
We require direct access to a standard 240V power point within 20 metres of the vehicle to run our industrial heat guns and lighting.
Job Site Heavy Machinery Note
If you are booking a job site for heavy machinery without mains power, please notify us in advance so we can arrange alternative power solutions.
Prohibited Locations (Where We Cannot Tint)
To maintain our high safety and quality standards, we strictly cannot tint under the following conditions:
On the Street or Kerbside:
We cannot operate on public roads, nature strips, or active roadsides due to councils, wind, and traffic safety.
Open Car Parks:
Public outdoor shopping centre car parks or open-air apartment complex spaces are unsuitable due to uncontrolled wind and dust.
Under Trees:
Shaded areas under trees cannot be used, as falling leaves, sap, insects, and bird droppings will compromise the film application.

What if I don't have a garage or suitable workspace?
If your location doesn’t meet these mobile requirements, don't worry! Contact our team. We can often arrange for your vehicle to be tinted at one of our approved partner locations, or advise on alternative arrangements.
How should I prepare my vehicle before the technician arrives?
Please ensure your vehicle is washed and completely free of heavy mud or dust on the exterior. Crucially, the interior must be thoroughly vacuumed, and all personal items, child car seats, and pet hair should be removed from the seats and boot area to minimize airborne dust.
Can you remove old tinting on-site?
Yes, we provide full mobile tint removal services. However, old film removal takes extra time and requires specialized heat equipment. Please ensure you inform us during quoting if your vehicle has existing tint that needs to be stripped.
